Revive Refund policy

There is no refunds on pre paid packages and products.

Refund on unused treatments -

Refunds on unused treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments plus $50 surcharge and under following circumstances

  • Doctor’s note stating you are not a good candidate for the particular treatment

Treatment and package expiration

Any treatment which is bought direct from us will not expire.

Any treatment /service which is bought from third party have a expiry date and we reserved full rights to deny the treatment /service after the expiration date

No Show or Cancellation policy

Any change in a scheduled appointment must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment . All “ No Show” appointments will be subject to a $50 fee if inadequate notice is given

Online treatment purchase

If an online treatments does not meet your needs, you are able to exchange the product or a service for equal or lesser value . If you choose to buy something more then the original value , you have to pay the difference

Product purchase

We don’t accept any return for skin care and makeup products
