Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy

Your business is greatly appreciated! To ensure the best and timely service for all REVIVE guests, please be advised of the following:

Cancellation/Rescheduling - 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Last minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in a fee of 50% of the service rate. Exceptions may be made for contagious illnesses and extreme emergencies.

No Call No Show - will result in a fee of 100% of the service rate. In addition, future appointments will require prepayment for the service.

Tardiness - if you arrive after your scheduled time, it may not be possible to extend the time allotted for your booked service. If your service is shortened due to late arrival, you may be charged for the full cost of the service.
